He has been associated with the Company since July 1, 1995 and resigned from the Company on March 13, 2014. He has been reappointed as the Chief Technical Officer of the Company on March 14, 2014.

aged 48 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the Karnatak University, Dharwad and is a qualified associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been associated with the Company since March 31, 2005 and the term of appointment extends till attainment of the age of superannuation. He is currently in charge of the finance, taxation and accounting functions of the Company.

aged 46 years, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. He holds bachelor's degrees in commerce and law from the Karnatak University, Dharwad and is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a qualified company secretary associated with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance. He has been associated with the Company since June 1, 2007 and the term of appointment extends till attainment of the age of superannuation. He is presently involved in financial matters and corporate legal compliances.
